Will you have a cover to protect the whole thing? Otherwise that ccfl halo will get destroyed real quick.

whats your plan to give yourself adjust-ability for pointing the light once the assembly is mounted to the car?

sorry my car is tore down for painting so nothing is mounted solid. getting new bumpers an hood. stock ss hood an would love to get a 6le front bumper just cant bring myself to drop 700 on a bumper. i may just mod a stock bumper but thats a nother thread. so this is a full on mod to the car if you do this you can not go back to stock lighting. so any way heres what i got going on. removing rust, t-top conversion, paint, an the headlights duh. give you look at them mounted.

Yeah i know tons of people love the bls kit. Im not knocking his product at all im sure its really great but. I had a set up like that. I made them in one day very easy with the mini's. Better fx-r's wont fit inside the stock housing location. The fxr has bettter lighting at night. the s2000 are the best but there is no way to get to fit. If you like the stock look of the squares their great. This is only my opion just dont like the look in the day time. the stock lamps look better. i wanted a (headlight) an yes i wanted to be differnt.

well i have 6 projectors an all came with clear lens an a bulb spacer. I have never tried to mod them ive heard bending the shield to sharpen the blue cut off an space the lens to get a thicker blue. What ideals have you tried.

Take a picture of the cutoff line. With the fxr try moving the shield up or down. You can adjust the distance between the shield and lens to get the color you want.

Try adding a small washer on each of the 4 screws that hold the lens to the housing, should sharpen the cutoff. Try it with and without the bulb spacer.
