I owned a Cobalt SS with Recaros. The seat tracks will no way shape or form fit the F-car floor pan being that they have hooks in the front as opposed to bolts. As with most things though if you have access to a welder, die grinder, a spare set of F-car seat tracks and some mechanical knowledge something could be worked out in an afternoon. The Cobalt seat frame is pretty integrated with the reclining mechanism, also the rails are integral to the base of the frame and a steel bucket is bolted to it to house the lower cushion, unlike our seats where the rails unbolt from the inner lower frame.

I have seen the SS Recaros in older hot rods, so happy fabbing
