3rd winter..probably my last. Next winter I want a beater that I can put regular gas in and get double the city mileage. Plus not have to worry about all the idiots out and about.

I never did get any pics of mine in the snow this year. I did try and drive it but that only left my car sitting in a parking lot at a garage on the side of the road and a friend coming to get me.

Next year will be different though. Will have a 4x4 for sure.

From last winter. My DD threw a rod so I was forced to drive my ws6 for about 2 weeks until I got a new car. This was on summer tires also. Was not a fun experience.

Not much snow this winter here in Idaho which is not a good thing. That means no water this summer.....

When I win the powerball I'm going to purchase all of you guys garages to shelter these F-bodys!

On a more serious note, are you guys driving these things in the snow? What wheel/tire combo and how is it working?

Hopefully this will be the only winter mine has to see, 1 out of 13 isnt bad I guess. I bought 16x7 20mm offset wheels and have a 215/55-16 hankook i-cept evo snow tires. We have got over 50" of snow this winter, its ridiculous, and I have yet to even have a hint of problem with accelerating, braking or handling. Though I did encounter a couple situations with a couple storms where the snow was so deep my lowered car wasnt high enough off the ground to get through it. So in light of it getting around so well, I'm just having fun hooning in the snow when theres no other cars around. As a detailer though, when this crap weather breaks, its going on jack stands for about a week to clean every nook and cranny and do a paint correction. I wont do automatic car washes and its been in the single digit and teens for a long time so its too cold to even wash with ONR in the garage( too dirty for ONR for that matter), so it hasnt even been washed for like 3 months. I sealed it with Cquartz before the snow flew, but due to not washing decontaminating the surface is gonna be fun, the surface wont bead water at all anymore except the top surfaces.

Yeah, If 500 dollar cars weren't a total myth this day and age I would pick up a beater but around here even most 1,000 dollar cars either need a new transmission or motor. Believe me I've looked.
