Need 6LE help and blended CME valance pictures
I've finally had the chance to remove my rear bumper to mount and blend my 6LE CME valance. I'm doing some final sanding and blending of the filler to make things like factory.
Now here's where I'm stuck and can't figure out. I bought a set of 6LE dual plane splash guards but for the life of me cannot figure these things out. I think I figured out the right sides. But the guards don't match the bumpers curves. I'm lost. Any help would be great.

I have the splash guards as well and havent mounted them yet because i am in the same boat you are, but i believe you have them right, at least that is the way i figured when i got mine.
also, did you get any hardware with yours? it says they come with hardware on the website, but i didnt recieve any.
hopefully 6le will chime in

This is what I got back from Mark at 6LE:
Rear splash guards (behind the tire) or canards (in front of the tire? For the rear you just put them where you want them and then use self tapping screws...
So once I get this bumper back on the car I'll be mounting the splash guards soon after.

since the bumper isn't done yet, you should do what we did.... Put screws/rivets every 2-3 inches across the inside of the bumper (where the valance meets the bumper). That way the full weight of the valance isn't just on some glue and filler. And no cracking will occur.

I still have my dual exhaust valence I bought years ago (that fedex broke in half...) that still has yet to go on my car I've been tempted to just buy another one that is urethane though (mine is fiberglass) as that would be better to blend with the bumper. I was told by a shop that trying to blend dissimilar materials like urethane and fiberglass can lead to cracking later.
