Your not gonna find a smaller OEM wheel with the right spline. GM didnt realize cars dont need school bus sized steering wheels until the more recent cars all of which have a smaller spline or stud/bolt. If you dont want to swap put the upper shaft youll need to use an aftermarket wheel such a sparco,momo, personal ext ect.
