Default some critics or Ideas with this Design?

this is a car I have been working of over 1 year and a half and It was a Journey to get all what I need At Low Price but I manage to made it so far and Im proud of it.

this is my Idea of the Ultimate Fbody, and I like to call it Super Z/28 or just Camaro SZ. It ts build to be and awesome and fun DD car but also a fast Track car.

(Note: the engine bay image is just a fast Photoshop I made because I have issues with the LSA blower and the strut bar...)

I challenge myself to build a Car I can race at the track and could use as occasional DD using as many GM parts as I can

the logo is really simple not much to say abou it?

the color will be the same SOM but I want to ad some black mate, the exterior is almost stock Nothing really change, just a wide body, Ultra Z hood, transparent Spoiler like the one in the Z07, aND A Ground effect it has when I bought it and keep it. the head lights and turn lights have changed to Led so the turn lights are barely visible now and that change the front bumper dramatically...

not sure If I should touch the fog lights... I dont want the front of the car to lose its identity or looks Ricer

the colors I choose are Orange, Black, Silver and red those are very dynamic colors but if you have any sugestions go ahead!

the Design of the car was to resemble a bit of the sunoco camaro with the big CAMARO letters in the 1/4 pannels, but not quite sure about the GM performance parts... what would you do here? would you let just the camaro letters? let everything there as is? or just let the CAMARO and the GM Performance (taking out the Parts)?

the Rims are Replicas from the Corvette Cenntenial Edition or camaro 1LE and they are 18x9 19x12 brakes are ZL1 brembo brakes

in the hood the Idea is to have a Supercharged 6.7L stickers there and that's it

in the Engine Bay we see a Photoshop of how Its going to look it, the engine is a LQ9 stroked to 409 with Arias pistons, a LS9 camchaft, LS9 Heads and a Puled LSA supercharged, we call this engine the LXA.

To fit the LSA blower we had to put spacers to sit the engine lower and we cut and reshape the dash, the engine is supposed to get air trough the dual Volant Cold Air Intake (for pontiac) and a Modified Ultra Z hood to allow more air go directly to the Volant system.
I have an issue here because the supercharger is so tall I cant use a standard strut bar, so I designed a 4 point strut bar that cross between the engine and the volant Unity, Im not sure is this is a good Idea or not so this is a very important critique

please any Comments, Suggestion, question, Doubt, Critic just say it

photos of everything as soon I got my camera back

Everything looks sweet except the rear graphics and those headlights (i'd whistler the stocks or depos instead)
1. At the very rear where it just drops straight down to connect to the berger panel just makes it look like an after thought.
2. they way it connects to the sail panel and follows its angle seems strange as well. Maybe it would look better if the top part of the graphic was completely straight along the entire length to leave a little body color between the sail panel and the graphic.

I think you could play around with the geometry of that graphic and maybe adjust it to more of a dick harrell stripe shape. The rest looks pretty awesome, especially the side shot of the hood scoop.

Agree, I'd make the rear decal go straight to the wing instead of dropping off though.

thanks for the input Ill check other Headlights
I wanted to connect to the sail panel to avoid the look of a dick harrel wannabe, you know the car has big rims an wide body kit It may end being a Fake clone ): but Ill make a quick change to see how it looks thanks

that looks good thanks for the heads up, I did left that shape at the end because the car have a piece spoiler and was afraid go over the spoiler maybe could look weird but that looks good, thanks

I just had my photoshop program fail so I can't render what I want to display good enough but what about something like this where the rear graphics connect on both sides by way of across the rear spoiler. as far as just continuing the top line of the graphic horizontally across the body and onto the spoiler, I think you may have an issue with that line looking very strange at any other looking angle that isnt exactly on side. Thats why I would recommend turning the bottom line into and upwards curve that will meet with the most rear body line of the spoiler. I have been trying to find a pic on any other car with a top view but Im having a hard time on google. Ill post in here once I find one.

Kinda like this except make the top line follow the front of the spoiler and connect on a curve or bend and the same with the bottom line and the rear of the spoiler.

that's really awesome I like it so much and I got your point and its true, the connection with the sail panel may not going to look good from any other angle, and it could look even worst with a wide body.. mmm that could be interesting with a AgreSSive spoiler from 6LE

there is a blue print with a top view, this is how you imagine it?

I actually really like your original graphic going on the roof... I think if it had been a different color to start with people would accept it more as a continued stripe instead of just a stripe then an already black roof.

I use a program called paint tools SAI, its kind of a cheap drawing program, not as half as good as photoshop, but is enough for me ad its a nice drawing focused program and for a template are you talking about the background or the pictures? if its the background is just a carbon fiver background and for the images I use pictures of camaros I found in Google and the paint over them..

if I didn't answer the template question... could you be more specific?

Just wondering if you were using the plain black and white drawings in this pic. Pretty much if you had the original one I could copy from you.

interested in more detail of mounting a supercharged engine in the bay. edelbrock doesn't apply to 4th gens. I saw the gm adaption at the lsx one year but for the life of me I can't remember if it was the ls7 drop in . I think gm high tech mag had a write up on the same gm test mule with the ls9 in it . I'm curious as to the way to drop the 'k' member, trans tail shaft mount. to keep pinion angle and steering geometry intact..

I can make a thread of everything done in the car so far including, fitting the LSA blower, the IRS swap and the 6 speed 4L80 but not quite sure where and how to do a build thread heheh

as far I know the guys doing the job had to cut and make a bit more of space, plus the k member was moved by 2 or 3 inches(it was 1.5 inches down, .5 nch foward) I know the trans tail angle didt change because the new IRS sit the same inches down so the overall car sits 1 or 1.5 high and again that was fixed with a lowered suspenssion but Im probably wrong so let me ask then and then Ill post it, as far as I know the LSA is actually taller tha the LS9 or the edelbrock blowers so my suggestion to anyone else would be to get a LS9 supercharger, so far the LSA fit nice and tight in the LQ9, its important to say you have to get LS3, L92, LSA or LS9 heads and the supercharger pulley kit, I got mine aftermarket so the car would be making a bit more boost (13-15lbs) and a ported throttle body and supercharger intake connected to a volant dual cold air filters to improve airflow and cooling, btw the engine was designed and build to run on high levels of ethanol, as I can get ethanol really cheap and is more ecofriendly that was a radical Idea but the tune master at CFT Shop told me It could be a good idea, he told me Ethanol would keep the engine clean and cooler, aparently the echanol has a higheer octane than premium gas but it I get worst MPG (20% to 35% reduction) I know thats why they build a biger gas tank, I know they took pictures of what they did, so Im going to ask them and Ill make a build thread
