What does it look like with the factory air bag and buttons back in it?

Install won't be for a while. Long story short, my car is at my old house, and once things get settled, I'll have it back by spring time.

Trust me, the day I get my car back, I will have pictures of it installed with the factory airbag and radio controls.

Trust me, if I had my way it would have been installed the second I got it but I'm going through a divorce and the car is at our place still and I don't have access to it.

That is changing, and I should be getting my car back very soon.

Well, I finally got my car back this week, and last night I was able to get the wheel installed. It was late, so no daylight pics yet.

The buttons fit perfectly, and I really like how the wheel feels. It modernized the interior of this dated car really well. I like that it looks factory as well.

Airbag cover looks better than I imagined but still kind of looks a little out of place to me.

Yeah, it's a little out of place, but since I did leather on the wheel for the grips, it's not too bad. I'll try and clean it up and get it a little 'brighter' and it should be ok. Maybe I'll dye the Pontiac arrow head red to have it match better.

yea there's got to be a way to cover that thing. Every other part looks friggin amazing, but that air bag cover looks like a bubble about to pop on you. I'd think if it was painted gloss black with vinyl paint it might blend in better. Regardless glad to finally see the thing in the car. So good job on getting it done

This. Exactly what I thought as soon as I saw it. If you use the right paint and get it gloss black (maybe with the red arrow too) I think it would look much better. Looks cool though. Can you take some pics when it's brighter and from farther away? Too see how it jives with the interior?

I think the flash is making it look different than it actually is. I'd like to see a pic of the whole interior to see how it blends in
