Looks nice. Was it hard to get the old one off?

It wasn't too bad. I tried to take it off in one piece but that wasn't going to happen...I basically had to rip it off in pieces.

Hahah! My process was much the same. Thought I'd get that off of there in one piece, but basically had to destroy it to remove. I love the look of the sail panel - yours too!

I see you put the little black triangle pieces back on - I have not. I'm tempted to cut down the triangle to just the fake seal at the bottom and install that.

Anyway - looks good!

Came out pretty good. I have a donor hardtop skin at my shop Ive been trying to remove to possibly convert my firehawk to a hardtop. Those pics help with figuring out exactly were the damn glue is at.

Where did you get those tail lights? Those are probably the only nice looking tail lights on 4th Gens

Nicely done! 6LE went above & beyond is making this replacement part fit perfectly into our rides.

Was your bubbling? Or just wanted the carbon fiber look?

Mine was bubbling, I didn't have the stomach to rip off the original and install the new. So my local body shop did the job, and of course, it came out nicely. They had to paint it too, but that was the easy part.

I got those many years ago from the dealership when you could still get them.

So did your car start its life as a V6? Its come a long way if it has.
How do you think this would look on a Hugger Orange car?

Ha, nope. I guess you're referring to my screen name? My wife had a '99 V6 Camaro before I got my SS in 2001. I think carbon fiber would look good on hugger orange.
