I do not have a garage, and the car sits outside, sometimes for a month and a half. Any inputs?

Must have:
Won't scratch the paint
Wind resistance
Blocks rain

I would like:
Blocks sun light
Blocks heat

Have you looked into an outdoor car capsule? They’re pricey, but I think that’s probably the only thing that would fit all your requirements. The issue with a normal car cover in the desert is that dust is going to find a way underneath and end up scratching the paint.
