Default Question about my new retro Z28 Emblems

For you guys that have the retro Z28 fender emblems..

Do yours have a slight curve to them? I bought a dremel so that I can cut the little dowels off the back of them.

Do yours curve a bit?

yeah man your doing those too!! mine are curved to cause thats how the 69 fenders were. you just gotta grind the top and bottom down a little bit. i also put on a billet grille and put and emblem off-set to the right just like the 69's. looks great!!!

Yes they are curved to match the 69 fender. I wrapped mine in a towel and placed them between 2 blocks of wood and used a press to flatten them out.

no, i grinded the top and bottom with a dremel to make it fit flush. i was just saying i did not want to try and bend them in fear of cracking or breaking them.

Alright you lost me..

When you say that you grinded with a dremel. What did you actually grind? The red line that runs between everything. I know that you grind off those little tabs in the back.

Break it down for us simple people..
