AVS (AutoVentshade) makes blackouts for the f-body. If I remeber correctly, AVS bought GTS a few years ago.
They are available from Autozone for $45.

It may not be on the shelf (Camaro ones usually are), but they can get it in in 3 days.
LM Performance even charges $60 plus $11 shipping:

Double check the model numbers...its the same ones. Other on-line places sell it for that price too. Go figure. In this case, its cheaper to buy from a local store.
The ones I linked above are for the Firebird. The ones for the Camaro have a different model number and are usually on the shelf instead of being a special order.
BTW, I have them on my car and I bought then at AutoZone:
