Default GTO seats in Fbody ?
ok while i haevnt exactly seen the dimensions of the GTO seats who thinks it be possible to swap them into a Fbody ... more accurately a 2000 Trans Am . Ive seen pics of it and those seats look way better then the ones in ours just wondering.

there was a thread about this before. the conclusion was that it is possible with fabrications and alot of money and that there are better solutions (ie c5 or aftermarket seats) but if your up for the challenge, more power to you. definately a cool mod.

The seats are really nice . . . I know Wouild they fit? Seem a bit tall in the "bun" section to me . . .

Not trying to hi jack the thread, but what would you say to the front seats fitting in a 2001 GMC Sierra(regular cab)? Might give me another option over what I was thinking.

I would imagine they would be far too low. You would have to make something to raise them up.

far low I doubt maybe to hi cuase remember GTO's arent as low as our cars and are a bit more spacious .
