white SS's, post pics
 

please post pics, looking to change my car from black to white soon, and would like ideas, like should I keep my mirrors black? How about the roof behind T-tops? What kind of racing stripes. Please post pics

Not an SS, and not an LS1, but it's arctic white! I think it is up to you about the area of the roof to be painted, it can look good either way, but I really think that the mirrors look better painted white.

not an SS but black top works well with my scheme... I think that the white looks great with poik's car though....

Thanks guys, you gave me some ideas. I think I'm going to go all white with black badging all around. I'm going to paint black 35th anniversary stripes on the car. Haven't decided what color to paint calipers. Maybe I should stick with the red SS decals, and paint rear decklid black and keep red camaro lettering on rear decklid, and keep my calipers painted red? Now that would look nice.

White SS
Black top part
Black/red SS lettering all around
Black 35th Anniversary stripes
White Mirrors
Red Rear Camaro Fill in Lettering
Black part on the area where the rear camaro lettering goes.
Red Calipers, with clearcoat to make them shine

What do you guys think?

Your list sounds great.... but I like how the guy with the vert left the area in front of the scoop black... you might want to do that too, looks pretty cool IMO.

if you go white roof, then people in the know will assume a V6 at first, or a ZL1, but thats unlikely
