Halo's Arent Rice Right ????
 

I really like the halo's about to pick up a pair , please tell me these arent ricey

Since you will just get opinions, here's mine. I think they are :rice: And if they aren't , they come pretty damn close to being rice.

I like them and think the black halo's make my car look better and I'm not a rice fan.

Yeah...they are rice......like putting Z06 wheels and Z06 style badges on a Z28 :eyes:

alot of people will say they dont flow with the hood/car but whatever i like mine and i do think the idea is ricey because honda's started ripping them from bmw's... but i like them anyways....

i think the halo is kinda rice and i dont have mine hooked up but the hd's overall look mean i think, i love em!

i dont think they are ricey. they resemble viper and the new corvette lights. are those ricey. i thinka not !!!

I was thinking about them for a while. I liked the look of the black headlights so I just did the painted headlight mod...didn't want too get flamed too much!

Whoever considers halos rice can piss off. For a well-fitting stock replacement headlight that is cheaper than GM's version with comparable lighting, and a sweet halo effect, I say :givesfuck

Rice is a 3 foot spoiler on a cavalier. Putting a nice set of headlights on a nice car is not rice, yall take that name waay too far. If you like them then get em, its your car

Who care's what other's think!! Honestly, if you like it then do it. I really don't understand why so many people care what other's think, it reminds me of the kids in highschool who tried really hard to be cool and always did and acted the way other's wanted them to.

I'd hate to close this, but I have a good feeling this will turn into a "what is and isn't" rice debate. It won't go anywhere because everyone has different beliefs with car styling and the term 'rice' is just over-played.

As for my thoughts, I think the halos are unique and looks pretty good on some cars; take Zangel's camaro for an example. I however have always loved the look of the stock lights, and I like them even better when painted on certain cars (ie: mine). Basically its all up to you anyways, so look at a bunch of photo's of both and decide from there :)
