Default What color calipers on Black Z28?

I've been looking thru the many calipers posts and didn't find any black cars.

I have the stock 16" silver wheels.

I was thinking the caliper could give the car a little splash of color - obviously red is obvious.

Radiant/Hot Blue???

Cyan???

Majenta???

These colors No Way: yellow, orange, purple, green

I was even thinking of painting the wheels red, but that is another time and place.

it just all depends on what the color scheme your goin for, are you red and black or the chrome and black look. i like the chrome paint look on black cars makes look badass.

If I had chrome wheels it would be different.

I don't know if silver calipers and silver wheels would be worth the effort.

I do like the silver bracket over the black.

I went with the red and also painted the top hats and edges of my rotors semi-gloss black. I have chrome 5 spokes and have stayed with the black/red/chrome theme for the whole car. Lots of polishing under the hood and my cat-back.

I recently ousted my red stuff... switched over to black/chrome theme (ie: MBA external badges, etc) on my black TA.

I had the brakes powdercoated black, looks great behind the chrome C5s

For a black Z w/ silver wheels, I'd do polished brackets and gloss black calipers. I'd only do red calipers if I had something red on the car to match, e.g. red stripes/vinyls.

My 98 is black. I went with red calipers and "brushed stainless" vinyl decals. Used the G2 brush on stuff. Holding up great. I don't have a picture of the whole car, but here's a couple of the caliper and wheels

I have black Calipers on a black camaro with the brushed camaro decal. Looking for some silver paint to paint the brackets or get them cromed cause polishing them (they will rust). Hope this helps.

I have a black z and I polished the calipers and painted the brackets gloss black. It looks pretty good i think.

Electric Green Mica (new toyota mr2 color)... not too many green/black combos for fbods, and looks just as good as blue or yellow.
