Home made Wax as you dry

Home made Wax as you dry
I like using that wax as you dry stuff in between my real waxes. I was wondering if I can make my own by mixing regular wax and distilled water and then I can use it just like wax as you dry. Does anyone know if that will work? Any tips?

I'm no chemist either, but I think because of the chemical structure of the water and the chemical structure of the wax, it wont work. I think the wax will have a long chain structure and the water will have a short....unless there is sometype of h-bonding...but again, I doubt it...

If you really want to make your car look good with a wax I think you will have to do it the old fashioned way and wax on wax off.
IMO that spray on stuff dosent work very good.
And to refer to your actual question, I think it would be better to buy an allready made product for this application, It would probably be "more efficent" than buying 2 products and trying to mix something up, ie cost less and spend less time/hassle overall

I use eagle one's wax as you dry after every car wash. It smells sweet and overall I'm satisfied with the product, just get some of that it's like $5.
