Default VFN 98-2002 WS6 4inch Ram Air hood

In need of a new hood and was interested in the VFN 98-02 WS6 4 inch ram air hood. Im just worried that the lift is going to be a bit extreame. There is only 1 picture of it on there website. Was wondering if anyone else had it and had any pictures or feedback on it. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Heres a link to it the very bottom one (silver car black hood)

Here are a couple of pics I took at the Trans Am Nationals/ Tipp City Cruise In. Kinda looks like a 6 inch upon further review.

Ebay Link with photos

I saw that on Ebay, I think it looks like ***. I have the 3" Suncoast one which I like, 4" just seems to be a HUGE difference.

Here's my hood

I like that hood too, but I think it's a little much. When I was looking for a cowl hood, I was going to get a 4", but got a 2" instead... Very glad I didn't get the 4" now as it would have been too big IMO.

that is my dilema as well. I want a hood that is going to help define the car. but I have never seen one in person. I wonder how much does it obstruct your view. pictures can only say so much

I think it a little OTT for a street car, for a race only, it'd be fine, but too much for the street IMO

It's easy just click the go advanced button (under the quick reply box)
Then scroll down to manage attachments, click that, browse for your pics, and double click on the pic name. Pic should now be ready to post

yeah that hood looks 4 inches. but upon looking at different pics of the VFN 4 inch hood it looks way higher than that.
