Default New Twist on Coil Relocation

Lets try the !Plugwire mod. Havent seen this yet...

I still have to clean up the wiring and whatnot, but that will happen when I install my new Nasty Performance Rails.
I have a set of smoothed factory valve covers I need to finish polishing, then it should look a little better. The brackets will be painted to hide them a little better aswell. Just my first set, I may make a few more for friends.
Comments/questions welcome.
-Brandon

Looks good! I have been wanting to get rid of that same crap under my hood as well. You should paint the valve covers red...but polished is equally as nice...maybe paint the TB red? Good job

Will do, I need to do some more cleaning, it looks dirty as hell under there. I can only dream of ditching the TCS completely and going with a single throttle cable.

we're pulling that bs ABS crap off the car soon B, and TCS can be removed if you want it to be...we would have to find ya a custom throttle cable though. (would look pimp though) did you get the braided cross over line with your nasty fuel rails?

i have that coil relocation kit also and love it. my wires aren't hidden, but this gets me thinkin a little. i prefer to move stuff or remove stuff instead of hiding it with FRCs or something of the sort

Guessing you have the TR kit... its nice, I just wanted mine different. The wiring takes some time, and some specific part #s are used. The boots off the coils are 90* as are the sparkplug boots.

haha everyone with an LT1 is always relocating them over the valve covers and your sticking them below the headers. It does look good though. You can't even tell it has plug wires on it. Very clean.

yeah, got the TR kit. i had seen pics b4, but when i put on my headers and had the coils off, i said that i was never putting them back on the heads cause it looked so much better and made it so much easier to reach the sparkplugs and header bolts. now i need to take the kit off and paint it black so it blends in instead of the aluminum.

I need to get some wire wrap now though, I'm afraid of a wire getting too hot on the primaries... They are close, but I'm just a little scared of it happening..
