Silver and Blue 2 tone 2002 Trans AM??

anyone ever seen a 2 tone silver and blue trans am? the upper half is blue and the bottom half is silver. The look like they have Camaro SS wheels to.. Is this some type of special model, or just another color the trans ams came with?? Or is it a custom paint job? Just curious. Thanks, allen
