My first paint job/body work
My friends dad owns a 1971 nova and the body was in pretty rough shape, not really much rust.. but tons of dings and dents. He's been wanting it painted for a looong time and I really wanted to learn. So I took a stab at it I really think it looks good for my first attempt at this. Let me know what you guys think.

MetalBeast: Just a friends of ours dad. Doesn't post online. He had it primered for months and months and was getting sick of the car.. Craig figured it'd be a good test for his first bodywork/paint job.. from what I hear the paint job is just about as flawless as your gonna get painting in someones garage
Peace,
Josh

If you want to waste time masking off a set of et streets with 5000+ miles on them with the white threads hanging out the center that won't even hold air more than a day or so Then sure, be my guest. Lol. They were good while they lasted (used to be on my z28 also, til i sold them to him).

Sweet man! Reminds me of my first full body and paint job last year. Took my friends 70 nova that had paint peeling off, large fist size dents in the doors and quarter panels and rust coming through in several places, not to mention all the small dents that 30+ year car would have. The color is called meadow green and we picked it out through looking at some color chips at the paint store. turned out pretty decent.
