I would like to have a chrome insert in my hood does anyone know where I can get one or does anyone have any pics of one on a silver SS? Thanks.

Afterthoughts Auto used to make a chrome SS hood insert, which was basically a stock grille with a vacuumized chrome coating which eventually flaked off.
DragonZ28 on this forum makes a high polished stainless steel plate that sits on your stock grille that looks great. Alot of people of this forum have them so just do a search or check out this link:
