was there ever stock CME, if so what on, also which years and where can you get it for a 97'

but cuz im nice. yes the CME came stock on 02 35th SS camaros. now to get that one i think u have to have an ss to order it from slp. if u want something similar slp sells a quad CME u can buy. check their site. and ebay has them from time to time

The dual CME was an SLP OPTION during 01 and 02 on the SS only. It was never "stock" on any car but could be added as 2nd sticker SLP SS content. SLP sells the skirts and I believe the exhaust tip under their "restoration" part on their web page. They also sell their own quad exhaust that has the same valence but 4 square tips instead of the 2 large oval ones. I personally hate the look of the quad tips.

you can buy it from SLP but the want to much $$ for it.
you can get it from a sponsor for alot less. i forget their name but their located in michigan so it shouldnt be to hard to find them.

How can you get it for less considering it's still made by SLP? Anyone I have seen selling SLP products charges the same price within a dollar or 2 of what SLP direct wants.

Bought mine off ebay for $700 as a new take off right after it was introduced,
I have seen them much cheaper since then.

thats not true. the quad exhasut comes with a different side skirt then the CME came with, look closer and u can tell
