I used fishing line, got it under the molding and just used a back and forth motion. It came off fairly easy. Both sides only took me about 7 to 10 min.

I read on some posts some guys used a blowdryer on the moldings to help lift off the adhesive. I havnt gotten down to doing this, but the fishing line is my best bet. I was thinking of a small razor but thats just dumb shit since I'd be scrappin paint off too.haha

Use the fishing line, but you might want to warm up the moldings with a hair dryer, makes it easier to get the adhesive to come off.
Once the molding is off you can use your thumb to get the rest of it off (you will have sore thumbs after this) then wash the area with alcohol, then wash the whole car and wax

I used a hairdryer on mine, then just pulled them off. My thumbs were sore when I got done, but it was well worth it.
