Morgan design group is where I just ordered and they have just put in for 100 pairs to be built which will be done in a couple of days. The best way I found was to call this number >> Toll Free: 888.741.4000 and their site as posted above is http://www.mdgglobal.com/ I left a phone message last night at 5 pm and he just called me back bright and early this am. Hope this helps guy's.
