Default Air fuel ratio gauge question?

If the front O2 sensors are shut off, can you still get a signal to run an air fuel ratio gauge? Do the 02's need to be operating to get a signal from them or do they need to be in line with the pcm?
Thanks for your help in advance guys...........

Try posting in the pcm diagnostics & tuning forum or the forced induction or nitrous forums, they should be able to help you out

you should get a signal from the pcm, I can't remember the pin out off hand, but I know it is a purple wire, think pin 88, I can double check tonight when I get home, pm me if you still need this answered.

Since you posted it in the Diagnostics forum, I'll close this one.
