has anyone put a TA hardtop spoiler onto a convertible??

mecham makes a spoiler for the verts that raises it up look pretty good
as far as why it has to do with the trunk and the way it opens on the verts adding the spoiler would likely make it much heavier, but to add one it would have to be trimmed a considerable amount so you could put it on and open the trunk altough i do agree that the firebird/formula spoiler gm used for that is pretty lame
and the camaro's did not have this design they incorperated the same spoiler on all models other than the ss of course
