i kind of like the wheels, i wouldn't want them but it's good to see something different once in awhile...are they factory on your car? i only thought they came on the 93-97 body style?

Only came on 2000s. I had a friend that had thm and wanted to sell them - CHEAP. I needed some wheels - one of my stock wheels was cracked. That's how they came to be on my car. I am going to go with something different but I started with performance mods before appearance mods. My car performs like I wanted to - now I get to play with the looks.

Thanks for the comments!

I personally think those wheels look pretty awesome! I agree that they aren't the best looking wheel, but they do look nifty on your car

I took the same course of action. I had a built tranny w/3600 stall, longtubes into true duals, plugs and wires before I put my new wheels and tires on, and the exterior detail comes next.

Lookin good, I might be interested in the wheels if you want to sell them to me cheap. 1984 was a great VH album.

I joined a local club - at the first meeting I heard a cammed LS1 - I knew I had to do that to my car. The cam and all of the bolt on supporting mods are a little pricey! All of the parts were installed in my garage but they really add up. The car is an easy 12.5 sec car now - possible 12.0x car with DRs - that is good enough for me. Now I get to work on the appearance. To come:

1) Wheels - 17x11, 17x9 - probably dark gray with polished lip

2) Tint

3) Ceta bumper

Then its heads, clutch, and a 9" rear end. I figure by the time I am done with the appearance mods I have planned I will want a bit more power

When I go another route I will probably keep the ones I have. They MAY be worth something some day. I may change my mind by then though.

Nice ride.

Tint, black ceta, and black corners. If you're gonna get rims do it right, deep dish chrome with 315's out back. That'd be the shizzlenit.
