Couple new shots. Nothing special really, I just got my polarizer and have been playing with it ever since. No photoshop at all!

I bet it's a Canon. Looks like it may be an SLR if I'm not mistaken. Don't get that quality out of normal point and shoots for the most part.
But yes, what camera was it done with.

Thank you
Pics were taken with a Canon EOS-D1 Mark II with a 24-70mm and 70-200mm, and with a hoya circular polarizer.
Superman09, the polarizer is a filter you screw on your lens. It was around $120. The camera is a little more expensive, but photography is one of my passions so I didn't care + I work for a magazine oversea. It's about $3,600.

A polarizer is a filter (basically a piece of glass) you put on the lens to filter out or adjust light. Polarizers help reduce/eliminate glare.
Nice pics by the way.
Wow, I took my time with the response.

Oh wow, yeah I haven't heard about the 1D. I work/worked at Best Buy, and the new one in was the D5. They are simply amazing. I wish I could afford one. I love photography, and it's nice when it goes hand and hand with the cars. Both loves lol.

Yeh, 5d was running out the door, and typoed it 2x lol. Yeh I know Nikon has the D50 D70 etc etc. The Nikon D200 isn't too bad, I've seen some nice pictures out of that. But the Canon sensor is so much better than the Nikon. But still, Nikon is a bit more affordable for what it does.
I love the Canons though, and Bastien prooves why lol. Everyone is afraid to buy a Canon I don't know why, and the reason being is they don't have point and shoot cameras with 7-8 megapixels like most of the sony's are =/
Anyways, for purposes of the average consumer a canon digital elf sd400-450 is more than sufficient. Damn sony and their branded name.

Since you seem to like Canon's... which one has the best stabilization and picture quality for their point and shoot line? I just bought a sd630 which i thought was gonna be good... stabilization was nothing great (blurry pictures time and again just like i've had before) and the pictures looked grainy as hell. I'm not trying to take pictures in a vibrating chair, just trying to get a camera that will allow for taking pics with the usual jitter of a hand

Canon S2-IS...IMO excellent camera. Little bulkier than the a630, and a much smaller screen, but if you want amazing quality with GOOD zoom, and a GREAT image stabalizer for a 300 dollar price that is the way to go.
