I am trying to figure out how to remove the Firebird decal and the word Firebird from my rear panel between the taillights. I have new decals to put there that are yellow.....kind of flow along with the yellow theme that the car already has. How do I remove those decals? The new decals are a little bigger which is why I want to remove them.

just wet sand with 1500 then 2000 then some plasic polish!!!!!

yea they're not decals its painted on so you have to wetsand

I got mine off with a Porter-Cable and 3M Perfect-It Rubbing Compound. It was mostly gone anyway.
