Two questions... Got an SS well I think it is. Is the code for an SS car Y2Y, are there any others? Just want to verify the car is a real SS for my own knowledge. Also I need to find the paint code, is that the WA-XXXX number on it?

WU8 is the code for an "SS" . Yes, the paint code will have a "WA xxxx"
sequence. Actually the paint code may have a xx U code on your car. But
the WA xxxx sequence is what is needed for mixing new paint.

i was in the same boat, check ur door sticker for wu8 like parbreak said
also my sticker is peeling off, so i thought it could be a fake one. so i also went to the dealer and had them print out the info on my car, listed all the rpo codes and what the meant, where it was built, etc
