Will 99-04 FRC's fit on my 98 LS1 without modification.

I believe you might have to cut the passenger side one to fit part of the AIR system thats mounted on the front of that side head. Thats what I believe though.

yes you will defintley have to modify the covers.

Use these covers to start with, if you are planning on doing it yourself.
# 12556455, Right Side Fuel Rail Cover
# 12559261, Left Side Fuel Rail Cover

The left one has the two slots on the drivers side required for the fuel lines.
If ya wanna do it yerself, ..., you need to search & read up on how to go about it.

Yes, there are ways to make them fit without modifying the covers. But it requires you modify many components in the engine compartment.

PLease do NOT buy the 99-04 FRCs. If you're going to do them yourself then buy the 1998 version. They already have the 2nd fuel line slit cut and will look a hell of a lot better then if you try to cut it yourself. If you need help let me know. I have a little experience in this area :devil:
