I'm having a delemma on Halos.
 

I have a white SS and I want to buy some Halos and corner lights...but damnit i can't pick which ones. I definetly want the black corner lights, but which halos? Black or chrome. Can anybody post pics of white camaros with both sets of halos. I just need to see what i like better...thank!

I would match them chrome with chrome, black with black. I don't think the black side markers and chrome halos would look good together.

Do not bother. Leave them stock.

well I've thought of that as well...but I want to buy some HIDs and would rather have them in a projector headlight than the stockers...

Halo's are almost bad as Altezza tails

Halo's are a gray area. Some guys dig em, some don't. Some mods are strictly forbidden as "rice patrol" and clear tail lights and big wings fall under this category. I wouldn't throw the halo's in the same group as this, but that's me.

Shoot, only reason I clicked on this thread is because I wanted to see some pics because I've been contemplating getting a set myself!!!

spuds cant stand not having an ls1 body style to mod up so he just hates...it's the way he rolls

now, back to topic, love the halo's...i was all iffy on getting them but once i got them...WOW makes the car have a robotic look to it. also made the car look more serious.

Yea yea yea Travis. I already have a stall, just need the cam, and all the other million parts. I just wanna get the appearance mods out of the way. I dunno what I want now.

If you're defenetly getting Halos get the black, the chrome would look really odd...

If halos were real projectors, they'd be awesome. But the fact that they "look" like them but aren't... man! They look nice, but I think they're awkward when the ring is lit. From an angle, the halo looks "slanted" because the lens isn't flat like they are on Bimmers.

Anyway, for most cars, I think black looks better than chrome. :)

Get the Halos in BLACK. I had a silver camaro, black halo's and clear corners and it looked sick. Dont listen to these people calling it rice. They don't even know what it means. put a cam and stall in first? halo's are like $100. All that other stuff is expensive. Once you install these, you will wonder why you did not do it sooner.
