bought a cup holder for my 96ss m6..where do i put it? i got this

only place i could put it is hanging on my glove compartment..but if i put a drink there is hangs at a 45 degree angle, which makes it useless tehre..

If you don't want to upgrade to a 97+ style console (with 4 cup holders) I would get this one:
Folding Cup Holder
and mount it to the left side of the cassete holder (that big *** empty square of plastic in front of your shifter, it also has the cig lighter).
This way when you aren't using it the cupholder folds up and just looks like it's a part of the car (black square plastic).
