I think thats illegal...? |
My friend works for the sheriffs department and he said I should be alright. I passed 2 cops last night and they never did anything. |
Its only illegal if you get caught :P I saw your thread on FTV6 22fst4u. I love em. I want them in red..do ur leds fit in stock housing |
Where do you live that you can get away with that. I would have been pulled over in a heartbeat if I had anything like that on my car here in pa. |
I live in Michigan |
JB and NightWInd here they are |
blue and red lights are illegal. front have to be amber turn signals. even clear is illegal. its called impersonating emergency equipment. ESPECIALLY cus they will blink...which is a big no no... |
I don't think you will last too much longer with those lights man. They are kinda bright, I have LEDs in my backup lights and in direct sunlight you can't really tell they are on. |
well I'll be the ginny pig for you guys... haha I'll keep you posted.. My good friend is a sheriff and I had him check them out before I drove it. He said I probably won't have a problem. The worste they would do is give me a fix-it ticket. |
I had those in mine awhile back and was told that were illegal and to take them out for the reasons Havok posted. |
yup, same here i had to remove my blue fog lamps (which dont blink) on my lt1 maro for the ticket i received. |
Illegal in Ohio |

My buddy just got an $80 ticket for having a tinted license plate cover. The cops don't give fix its that much in FL anymore, they go straight to the $$$$ tickets... |
Only colors that are legal in CA are amber and clear in the front. Red and amber in the rear. Everyone needs to look up their own local laws as each state is different. However it doesnt look like 22fst4u really cares :jest: |
It looks good. Dont worry about the cops its only a fix it ticket |
