Made a couple of things for my car... First off is a polished aluminum battery cover with a fuse holder. ( I know I need to polish the AC canister now!)
Then I made a mounting panel for my Interceptor gauge and SLP fan switch. (The gauge looks blue when the flash hits it, but it is red)
The small holes by the fan switch are for LED's to shine through when I am finished)
Neither are perfect but I think they turned out OK.

Gun5 - Sorry, I am working on a few more additions, no time.

As for mounting, it is held in place by two screwed on tabs, you just cant see the heads of the screws because I recessed them and used Bondo before painting it.

It is actually .090", I have no idea what alloy and temper, sorry.
