Yes, and make sure when you are done to take a leaf blower and blow all of the water off the motor. You don't want water spots. Use common sense when doing it, and you will be fine.

bad thing about using high pressure is that the water can get into places it doesn't need to be and cause you alot of problems. all you need is some degreaser and spray it on then get just running water out of the hose pipe and wash it off no high pressure let the degreaser do the work.

better yet.. degreaser + pressure washer

I'd keep the degreaser away from the alternator and ac all that tho.

Never use a pressure washer. It could cause damage. Simple green and a garden hose are all you need.

Thanks for all the advice guys, and thank you chupr0kabra for the link.

I used the pressure washer with no degreaser (the bay wasnt really that dirty, just dusty) and it worked great, I didnt have a leaf blower but i did use the air compresser, if you take the tip off of the air gun thing it gives you a wider area of wind.

Watch out for the amount of water around the intake manifold. It can eventually rust underneath it

Don't get dad new socks or a grill brush this year.
