"stick" fiberglass to plastic panels?

Default "stick" fiberglass to plastic panels?
I am going to be fiberglassing some interior pieces and need some help on how to graft the fiberglass to the plastic. I did some "temp" stuff a while back and since then the fiberglass is pulling away around the edges.

maybe something like Seal All would work. It can be found at WalMart in the auto section.
