Default Any experienced Zoop Seal users out there?

I just ordered the junior kit last night to use on the new wheels. I am not experienced with it though and was wondering if anyone has any pointers before I use it. I know its basically a sealant, lasts for approximately 2 years and can be over applied but thats about it. Any other info that can be posted up about it, is greatly appreciated.

TIA
Preston

I've never used it, but someone I know has...

He said that it's a 2 part mix and that you must apply it correctly (or mix correctly) or it'll cloud your polish work.... then you'd have to strip and re-polish the part and then re-apply the Zoop in the correct mix.

I'm about to start daily driving my Firehawk... soon I'll freshen the bright work on my engine and then seal it with Zoop. That wont be for another few weeks though.

p.s. let us know how it turns out.

In case you're gunshy on using Zoop this is an alternative. It doesn't last nearly as long as Zoop does (but for Zoop to last that long and not cloud your finish you absolutely have to apply it correctly which is a pain from what I hear) but its a fraction of the cost, much easier to apply and remove correctly, wont cloud your finish at all, and is more readily available. Jon from CCW recommended this stuff to me when I was in talks with him about protecting wheels if I ordered through them as my car is a daily driver. He said Rejex worked wonders and in between applications Windex and paper towels with a little elbow grease would keep the wheels looking right.

I'm thinking about Zoop Sealing the inner barrels of the polished wheels I ordered and just using Rejex on the lip and face of the wheels. Zoop Seal the barrels once a year and Rejex once a month just to be on the safe side.

I've got Zoop Seal at home that I ordered to use on my wheels, but I haven't got around to it yet...I want to strip the clearcoat off my stock wheels, polish them, and zoop seal them. But I've got other priorities right now...hopefully one of you guys gets this done before I'm ready.

PLEASE do not use paper towels to clean your polished wheels. Maybe on chrome but not on a polished finish
