Has anyone ever used the silicon blades to dry your cars? Do they work or are they not worth it?

Thanks!!

I went to KMart and bought the most powerful leaf blower I could find. That's really what you need.

I have the California water blade and it's AWESOME. Will not scratch your paint if you keep the blade clean. The only thing I use to dry my car is the water blade and a microfiber towl. And here's a pic of my paint to prove it

The only thing I use is nice quality microfiber towel. I do the whole car with one big one, then I have two or three other ones then I get all the details with. It works great.

Use to use a blade along with micro towel and it worked well. I ended up getting anoyed with swirls on the black paint so I invested in a 300 Gallon DI water system that I wash and rinse my car with and now I no longer have to bother with drying the car off. Just let it sit and air dry and it comes out 99% spot free except for the occasional run off in the tail lights.

Absorbers are amazing! I have like 5 diff. colors. I even have a mini absorber for the wheels. I can try my car in less than 5 min with one.

I used to use the waterblade a lot, its good but one wrong move and you will scratch your paint. Now I use an absorber and a waffle weave towel.

The waterblade is good if your on a flat surface but I still had to go back over most areas with the Absorber anyway. So I used the waterblade two times, then eliminated that step and it is now collecting dust. I didnt think it was worth it.

i dont use the silicon thing... it could put tiny scratches in your paint if you dont wash the car good enough...

i use that MR. clean carwash it works pretty well IMO the end you spray DE-ionized water on it (make sure ur in the shade) and the finish comes out as mirror but that just my experience with it cause i know how to use it, other people will tell you it sucks, but IMO it doesn't

Too much risk for scratching when used on paint.
