Default How can i make my headlights like new?

Without replacing them with new ones, how can i get my headlights to be clear like they were when they were new? You cant really tell from the pic , but they are kinda dull.

You can wetsand them, then polish, or you can get this kit from NAPA that you use with a drill to polish them up. Personally, I'd wetsand and polish, though.
