Default I need new fog lights (suggestions)

So one of my fog lights took a dump on me and im looking to make them a little better.

I went down to pep boys today and they have silverstar replacement bulbs and i was thinking about those as i have silversars in my low beams so they would match as far as light color??

What do you guys recomend(sp)?

Depends on your price range.

I have the silver stars in my fogs and it doesn't offer much more brightness, just a little whiter color. Still looks better than the **** yellow it comes with factory.

But, I would suggest upgrading to HIDs if you have the money.

Another vote for HIDs I tried using some brighter bulbs but IMO it did not improve vision or color any.

You can pick up the silverstars at your local auto parts store (autozone, kragen, pep boys...etc). Camaro fogs are 894's. Not sure about trans am's. But the silverstars are only avaialble in 893. They do fit. They just don't have the angled base. I have them and they fit fine. They do look more white but they are not any brighter. Got them mostly to match my silverstar headlights.

Silverstars will give you a slight whiter light, but it still had that yellowish stock appearance. I tried Nokyas and a couple of others on ebay and nothing...IMO just save up a bit and dish out the dough for HID fogs...LEDgauges.com is a sponsor and has them ready to ship mine came in today so I'll get some pics if i get a chance to install them.

Do PIAA's fit the stock opening for you? I recently added some w/ my new front bumper on the Vette and they're amazing.
