PC pads dried up
I washed out my polishing pads after using them a round, set them out to dry, and now they seem really hard. any advice on getting them back to normal or should they soften up once i start polishing? They are wolfgang pads. orange, black, and white.

As for the pads being stiff, I usually knead mine with my fingers/knuckles after they've been sitting for a while before use. This helps knocks loose any dust that might have settled on them and opens up the pores to accept polish. It also gives me a chance to inspect them for tears.
Out of curiousty, how did you wash them? Did you let them air dry or put them in the dryer? I typically put mine in a garment bag (you can find these anywhere laundry detergent is sold) that are meant for women's delicates. It keeps them from getting caught on the agitator in the washing machine. Delicate cycle, warm water, two rinses, then let them air dry.
