Default Just got my new floor mats. Not too happy

I just recieved my new floor mats via UPS today. I ordered them from USspeedonline. The have a very nice site and so far the customer service has been... ok. I ordered Charcoal colored mats, with a black and silver bird embroidered in the center. I also ordered red stitching around the embroidery. When I opened the box, I was upset to find that there was no red stitching anywhere. Also, the mats that are supposedly "special" ordered and are made to fit each "specific" vehicle, are not molded to fit around the "hump" that f-bodies have on the passenger side. I've already sent an email to USspeedonline and I am awaiting a response. However, I would like to know if anyone else has ordered mats from these guys. If so, how do they fit? I can't test fit my own right now. My car is in the shop till thursday. If I hear from someone with their mats that says they fit fine around the "hump", I'll deal with the fact that there is no red stitching, and just never give them business again, or recomend them to anyone.

I ordered the flame red mats with white bird. They fit and look great. If you didn't get the stitching you wanted ask for a partial refund. I'm sure they have no problem with that.

SLP make ones that were options in the Firehawk and SS....anyone compnay copy that desgin? I love those mats, ans the passenger side fits perfectly. I have a set of ebony (brand new, never been installed) Firehawk mats, but don't want them to say Firehawk. I'd rather have them say nothing at all....any ideas??

I have the same mats and they fit perfectly, hump and all.

I would suggest *CALLING* them instead of sending emails. If I'm enquiring about a product or pricing, an email works, but if there's a problem, I call. It's just faster.

I have some as well, and for the money paid I would definitely say that they need to revise there "custom fit" advertising, sure they mold to the hump a bit... but the placement of the "Camaro" logo stitching on the hump, kinda looks like crap, and the drivers side seems to be about two inches to wide. I really believe they could use some more engineering into them before they claim any sort of specific vehicle fit, just my opinion

I have these exact same mats. Pisses me off everytime I see them because the color on the mats is so far from ebony. Theyve been in my closet since I got em. USSpeed wont take them back because they are a custom order. Basicly you have two choices-charcoal thats too light or black thats too dark. Better keep this in mind if you decide to order.

I already got them. I ordered charcoal and the color seems to be ok. Our interiors arent complete black, theyre a little lighter. And those mats look really good MY02REDWS6TA

I was one of the 1st to get these a few years ago. Still holding up very good. Granted they aren't exactly designed for the hump, but I knew that a head of time. The only ones designed for the hump are the ones from SLP. When I run big car shows I don't even use mats (I feel they are only for when your driving).

My GF got me those exact same mats for Xmas. They are lighter than my carpeting, but match up with the rest of the interior, so it's not so bad. I'll take a pic today.
