Satin white berger mod? (on a white car). Do you think it would even be noticable? should I try it?

It would look like white with no clear on it........


Now try somthing a bit different, a Dark Gun metal would be a much better idea...

I'm all for new ideas but I think it would look stupid, I don't think anyone would notice it... like someone else said it would just look like white without clear. I don't think theres enough of a contrast between cleared white and satin white to really notice it.

It would just look like your paint was seriously oxidized or that you didn't have it cleared...you want something that stands out, but at the same time, you want something that the public will understand.

is the general public going to understand painting your back panel black? most will think its just unfinished. whether its cleared or not.

the stripe was originally put pon ss's in the sixties, to tell if the car was a big block or not, the stripes were a low gloss black (satin) and thats the way they should stay. guys, please dont rice up ur cars or give the "big block" stripe a bad rep
