Default What product wont de color black outs

I got a set of AVS black outs and the letters on them are painted on... What would be ideal to remove the letters without de coloring the black outs?

Its a light rubbing compound.

Worst possible thing to use. Laquor thinner will eat plastic. Do not use it on plastic. Nail polish remover or some light cutting compound would be best.
