Default wat type of wax to use

well i just got my ss from the paint shop about a month and i think its time to wax and detail it.. but im not to sure wat type of wax to use.. im off for the next 2 days and i wanna show my car some love cuz i havent had time to do anything but wash it...so help me out

If it was just painted, talk to the body shop who painted it. Make sure it's ready to be waxed so soon after paint.

You need to think more along the lines of paint protection, depth, gloss and ease of use. A wax will only last so long before it breaks down, heat and rain will only speed the process up. The other thing to think about it proper paint prep prior to applying a wax or polish. The paint need to be clean of all contaminents and swirls, once that is done the next step will look better and last longer.
