Those are the Mecham tips but I would not recommend them to anyone since this is my second set and will be my last if these have the same problems as the first ones. First ones, chrome chipped away within a year and he wouldn't cover the chrome coating. Got the second set for half price but left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully these hold up (2 yrs so far) because I love the look.

I would assume so since the only differences are the hood, nose and front fenders on the 98+ cars.
