Where do you get the CME Valence?
Since everyone approved of my friends car, and recommended CME's...she might just take your advice and go for that....question is....where do you get the Valence? We found the tips on Ebay...how about the Valence though?
Thanks!

On ebay as well. THere is no one that currently produces it but it is in the works for production. Look for it in 2-3 weeks. I'll post up when I have final pictures of the valance and when they guy making them becomes a sponsor.

I am surprised that noone has made an aftermarket valance yet. There's hundreds of crappy body kits out there, a rear valance seems like a small, realitively cheap piece to make. There is one on eBay now, painted black, going for $500.

They are cheap to make if you have a mold. If you start from scratch and have the know how you can make a one off out of fiberglass. The only way to mass produce this is to make a mold, otherwise it would be to costly to have each one individually made. The reproduction piece is being finalized and shouldn't take too much longer.

I didn't see enought interest for making the tips. I was going to have a local metal caster make them but it would've cost me $2000-$3000 for the mold and then I'd have to invest more money to actually produce each piece. I had that money at the time but I was so caught up in having the valance made that I didn't have any more energy to even think. Maybe once the valance is done we can get something going if I see a lot of demand.

No problem. Is it the one that was being sold on here? It looked like it was in good shape. Just make sure it is packaged in an appropriate sized box or else there will be some malformation to the valance and possible ripping. That's what happened to me when I sold a valance on ebay. The guy received it damage and I had to do a partial refund.
