noob polishing question

Default noob polishing question

alright so what exactly do i need to polish and how do i do it? im new to the engine bay area and detailing under the hood and i just dont want to screw anything up ... im getting into car shows adn i think it would look a lot better if i could polish some things up .... so please help haha

If you're talking about your maf ends, ac condenser or tb then...
1. pull them off
2. hit them w/ a dremel to get all the rough casting marks down
3. wet sand up to 1500
4. hit them w/ a buffing wheel till you get the finish you desire

It's easy, just takes a lot of time.
