Some people love them some people hate them. Personally I love how they cover up a lot of the not so nice looking essentials like the coil packs and all the wiring to go along with it.

if done tastefully, they look great. If you're gonna spend the money to do them, at least do them right. People who buy the black or red "Corvette" ones and slap em on should be punched in face, repeatedly.

If done correctly, I think the engine will look great either way. LS6 PCV & !AIR is a good thing to have if you are going sans FRC's. I think it can even look good w/o FRC's and coil relocation if the coil packs, brackets, and valve covers are painted, chromed (not coils), or etc.

I don't care for Camaros or other LS1 transplants that use factory covers that say "Corvette". The aftermarket ones or modified stock ones can look pretty good. I relocated the coils and got cooler valve covers to avoid fuel rail covers on my car.

I like them when they are well done and tasteful. I don't like the corvette ones really, I like custom ones. I think as long as they fit in with the overall theme of your engine bay they look good.
BTW Mark that engine looks amazing! They don't get much cleaner than that.

I myself like it either way, but I feel that it is an easy and cheap way (if done tastefully) to clean up the engine bay if you cant afford to spend the time or money replacing valve covers and relocating coil packs (even though for most of us... time is never an issue just the money ). Now that we got some oppinions lets see some pics of what you think is good and bad..

It would be nice if someone offered a smoothed, polished factory valve cover set in exchange for your stock ones, plus a fee. Kind of like how some throttle body exchanges work. I think there is a market for it.
I'd love to have some polished ones and add some red stripes into the grooves.
